TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The CNC sheet metal bending machine is based on a proven design, enhanced with control electronics and is designed for bending and cutting sheet metal coils.

The computer-controlled sheet metal bending machine can operate in two modes: manual or automatic. Controls include the bending angle, clamping jaw, rear stop movement, and shear drive. In automatic mode, the sequence of operations can be freely and intuitively programmed.

An undeniable advantage is the repeatable product bends, minimal machine maintenance, and easy machine adjustments. The machine is fully electrically controlled without the use of hydraulic components.

We manufacture machines for sheet metal from coils 1000 mm or 1250 mm wide, up to a sheet thickness of 1 mm (380 MPa). For aluminum sheets, the thickness is up to 1.5 mm.

The maximum angle of the bending bar is 150°; larger bends can be created by pressing the programmable, motor-controlled upper jaw, for which the compression height can be set to any desired level. The upper clamping jaw has a stroke of 140 mm.

The sheet metal strip division combined with the sliding stops is precise and efficient. The cutting length is programmable.

The machine is available in lengths of 3 m, 4 m, 6 m, and 8 m.
