TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Manually controlled DOH machines are used for bending and longitudinally cutting sheet metal from coils with a width of 1000 mm or 1250 mm. We manufacture folding machines in lengths of 3 m, 4 m, 6 m, and 8 m (the 6 m and 8 m versions require two people). The machine works with sheet metal up to 1 mm thick, with the ability to bend up to 150°. By bending the sheet metal to 150° and pressing it between the jaws, a 180° bend can be created. The clamping jaw is manually controlled from the front of the machine, from any position, using a handle. The clamping force can be adjusted. The clamping and bending jaws are mass-balanced. The width of the cut sheet metal strip is set using tilting stops, and the bending angle is set using a protractor.

On request, the machine is equipped with rotary shears, enabling longitudinal cutting of sheet metal along the entire working length up to a sheet thickness of 0.8 mm (380 MPa).

The machine was designed with a focus on simplicity and efficiency. This allows it to achieve the required parameters for quality production at a low price, especially for construction sheet metal workers. Machines with a working length of 6 m or 8 m can be easily separated into two parts of 3 m or 4 m.

Thanks to their low weight and dimensions, the machines can be easily transported and installed even in hard-to-reach places. Bending machines are used in construction, for example, for hall cladding, the production of eaves edging, window sills, gutters, lee rails, etc.The range of materials that can be used with the machine is wide. The machine processes materials such as aluminum, titanium-zinc, copper, as well as galvanized or plastic-coated sheets (viplanyl).

Warranty and post-warranty service is a matter of course. The machine is affordable even for smaller businesses.

TIP: The product is also a profitable investment for building materials and sheet metal retailers. The customer can bend the purchased sheet metal himself.
