Increased bending capacity compared to UK models.
The highest quality UKV 100/S sectional brake from the legendary Schechtl company. It features the following features:
- The segments are mounted in the beams using a quick-clamping system, allowing for any combination without the use of tools.
- A foot clamp is used to close the upper beam, significantly facilitating bending precision.
- Standard equipment includes a toolbox mounted on the rear of the machine. It is used for storing segments removed from beams, but also as a work table.
- Additionally, the machine is equipped with a bending angle limiter for repeatable bends and transport wheels with a base.
The bending machine can be equipped with:
- Rear stop for sheet metal, adjustable from 40 to 500mm,
- Universal rear table for sheet metal up to 1000mm,
- Special segment for bending window sills without cutting the sheet metal,
- Rotary shears.
- Additional segments available upon request, including heights of 140mm, 160mm, and 180mm.
