CWM-50.250 sheet metal beading machine (electric) - 2.2 kW engine SOREX Technic

The SOREX Technic CWM-50.250 electric sheet metal beading machine is used for beading, flanging, crimping, and bending all types of sheet metal up to 0.8mm thick. Beading is performed using a set of rollers mounted on shafts. Each set of rollers creates a different profile from the sheet metal (as many as 70 different roller sets are available). The rollers are mounted on two shafts. Adjusting the distance between the two rollers and the longitudinal movement of the upper roller relative to the lower one influences the shape of the grooved sheet metal profile.

Ideal for bending, crimping, or spinning sheet metal edges. Its wide range of applications ensures applications in many industries, from roofing and sheet metal processing during renovations, to finishing gutter system components, and even the production of all types of ventilation components.

The most important features of the SOREX groover:

- precise adjustment of the upper shaft (roller pressure) and lower shaft (roller gap),

- large split stop mounted on the shaft (ZR-1 model),

- bending rolls made of high-quality steel with a hardness of 52-56 HRC,

- 8 roll holders as standard,

- a large selection of additional stones, over 70 sets,

- additional equipment such as: compass, R40, R80, R120 stop, and adjustable stop,

- rigid and compact machine,

- reliability and ease of use,

- POLISH product.
