DRACO Bender Set 8: Duo-Mini-Bender 3/200 & Duo-Disc-Bender DB 42

Duo-Mini-Bender consists of two Mini-Benders that are connected by an adapter. The Duo-Mini-Bender is extremely convenient for working on long, straight sheets, but if you need to work on shorter, more curved sheets, you can easily unscrew the adapter and continue working with two Mini-Benders.

The DB 42 combi disc bender can also be disassembled into two DB 41 single-disc benders by unscrewing the adapter.

How is it made?
Very easy. Adjust the Duo-Mini-Bender to the desired bending height using the integrated measuring device and lock it with the setscrew. Now place the metal between the bending rollers. A single bearing is located on top and indicates the direction in which you are bending (the other 3 bearings transmit the force). Now move the bender back and forth, pressing lightly upwards, until the desired angle is reached. You achieve a perfect result without damaging painted or coated metal. Since the Duo-Disc-Bender does not require any adjustments, you can get started right away. Place the bender at a 90° angle. Move the bender back and forth, pressing lightly downwards, until the desired angle is reached (max. 180°). You achieve perfect results without damaging painted or coated metal.
