Universal mobile bending machine for bending and forming all types of straight, concave, or convex materials.

This bending machine creates a variety of profiles. Bending up and down, creating under and over capes (male and female), standing seams, and much more. Bending height is continuously adjustable (graduation in mm and inches). Inner and outer radii possible, max. bending height depends on the radius!

Using an adapter, two Eco-Benders are connected to a Duo-EcO-Bender. The Duo-EcO-Bender is extremely convenient for working on long, straight sheets, but if you need to work on shorter sheets, you can easily unscrew the adapter and then work with two Eco-Benders.

How is it done?
Very easy. Adjust to the desired bend height using the integrated measuring device and lock it with the set screw. Now place the metal between the bending rollers. A single bearing is located on top and indicates the bending direction (the other 3 bearings transfer the force). Now move the bender back and forth, pressing lightly upwards, until the desired angle is reached. You achieve perfect results without damaging painted or coated metal.
