This bending machine creates a variety of profiles. Bending up and down, creating under and over capes (male and female), standing seams, and much more. Bending height is continuously adjustable (graduation in mm and inches). Inner and outer radii possible, max. Bending height depends on the radius!

How is it made?
Very easy. Adjust to the desired bend height using the integrated gauge and lock it in place with the set screw. Now place the metal between the bending rollers. A single bearing is located at the top and indicates the bending direction (the other 3 bearings transfer the force). Now move the bender back and forth, applying slight upward pressure, until the desired angle is reached. You achieve a perfect result without damaging painted or coated metal.
