The electric, tilting sheet metal beading machine, model CWMK-50.250 Technic, is used for beading, flanging, crimping, and bending all types of sheet metal up to 0.80 mm thick. Beading is performed using a set of rollers mounted on shafts. Each set of rollers creates a different sheet metal profile (as many as 70 different sets of rollers are available). The rollers are mounted on two shafts. Adjusting the distance between the two rollers and the longitudinal movement of the upper roller relative to the lower one influences the shape of the grooved sheet metal profile.

Ideal for bending, crimping, or spinning sheet metal edges. Its wide range of applications ensures applications in many industries, from roofing and sheet metal processing during renovations, to finishing gutter system components, and even the production of all types of ventilation components.

The most important features of the SOREX electric gouging machine:

- precise adjustment of the upper shaft (roller pressure) and lower shaft (roller gap),

- a large, split bumper mounted on the shaft + two small bumpers for precise sheet metal forming,

- the beading machine body tilts 90 degrees,

- bending rollers made of high-quality steel with a hardness of 52-56 HRC,

- 8 roller holders included as standard,

- a large selection of additional stones, over 70 sets,

- additional accessories such as: compass, R40, R80 bumper, R120 and adjustable bumper,
