The CWM-50.200 Electric Sheet Metal Beading Machine from Technic is used for beading, flanging, crimping, and bending all types of sheet metal up to 1.25 mm thick. Beading is performed using a set of rollers mounted on shafts. Each roller set produces a different sheet metal profile (as many as 70 different roller sets are available). The rollers are mounted on two shafts. Adjusting the distance between the two rollers and the longitudinal movement of the upper roller relative to the lower one influences the shape of the grooved sheet metal profile.
