The MR 180i boiler is a device designed for demanding users who require precision and reliability in heating and mixing processes. Thanks to the use of an oil bath as the heating medium, it guarantees even heat distribution and operational safety.

Boiler capacity: 180 liters.
Heating medium: thermal oil with a maximum operating temperature of 330°C.
Equipped with a thermostatically regulated propane swirl burner, independent of the electrical network.
Precise oil and crucible temperature control via a control valve.
Melted material temperature control thanks to a built-in thermometer.

2. Efficient Electric Mixer

Drive: 0.55 kW (220 V) electric motor.
Mixer design: vertical spindle with horizontal mixing arms ensures effective and even mixing of material.

3. Well-thought-out design and mobility

Round design with sturdy wheels for easy manual transport.
Complete equipment includes a burner, a regulator with two gas valves, a surge tank, and a thermometer.
