MR 90i Electric Mixer Boiler

The MR 90i boiler is a smaller version of the acclaimed MR 180i model, designed for users who need a precise and reliable device for smaller technological processes. Its oil bath ensures uniform heating and operational safety.

Key features of the MR 90i boiler

1. Indirect heating with oil bath

Boiler capacity: 90 liters.
Heating medium: thermal oil with a maximum operating temperature of 330°C.
Equipped with a thermostatically regulated propane swirl burner, independent of the electrical network.
Precise oil and crucible temperature control via a control valve.
Melted material temperature control thanks to a built-in thermometer.

2. Efficient Electric Mixer

Drive: 0.55 kW (220 V) electric motor.
Mixer design: vertical spindle with horizontal mixing arms ensures effective and even mixing of material.

3. Well-thought-out design and mobility

Round design with sturdy wheels for easy manual transport.
Complete equipment includes a burner, a regulator with two gas valves, a surge tank, and a thermometer.
