MAAD THS-1000/0.8mm Segmental Bending Machine for Roofing and Sheet Metal

The THS-1000 segmental bending machine has a working width of 1000 mm and is used to bend thin sheets up to 0.8 mm thick for Rm<400 MPa.</p>

We also offer the THS-1250 model, which has a working width of 1250 mm.

The clearance between the machine base and the upper knives is 102 mm, which translates into a very wide range of bending possibilities for sheet metal.

The THS-1000 segmental bending machine is a machine with three divided beams, i.e., consisting of segments.

An innovative solution in this bending machine is that, thanks to a special mounting system, the segments on all beams can be adjusted and removed without the use of keys. Another new feature is that the pressure beam can be raised and lowered using a hand lever or a foot pedal. This allows for two-handed positioning and material manipulation.

The THS-1000 bending machine is ideal for work such as chimneys, eaves caps, firewalls, and many more.

The stable and robust construction ensures trouble-free bending of steel sheets up to 0.8 mm thick.

30/40/50/80/6x100 and corner 2x100 [mm]

Fixed and bending beam elements:

30/40/50/80/8x100 [mm]

We also offer the THS-1250 model, which has a working width of 1250 mm.
