MAAD THS-1250/0.8mm Segmental Sheet Metal Bending Machine
The THS-1250 segmental sheet metal bending machine is a device used to bend sheet metal up to 0.8mm thick for Rm<400MPa.</p>
The clearance between the machine base and the upper knives is as much as 102mm. The clearance between the fixed beam segments and the pressure beam segments is 67mm, which translates into a very wide range of sheet metal bending possibilities.
The THS-1250 segmental sheet metal bending machine is a machine with three divided beams, i.e., beams consisting of segments.
The innovative solution of this bending machine is that, thanks to the use of a special system The segment mountings on all beams can be adjusted and removed without the use of keys. Another new feature is that the pressure beam can be raised and lowered using a hand lever or a foot pedal. This allows for two-handed positioning and material manipulation. All beam segments are removable without the use of keys. The pressure beam can be raised and lowered by hand or foot. The THS-1250 bending machine is ideal for work such as chimneys, eaves canopies, firewalls, and many more. The stable and robust construction ensures trouble-free bending of steel sheets up to 0.8 mm thick.The pressure beam segments (knives) : 30/40/50/80/6 pcs x 100 mm and corner beams 2 pcs x 100 [mm]
