The ZG 2000/0.7 manual bender with cutouts was designed for roofers and sheet metal workers who perform advanced edge processing, including the characteristic Brutfan-style bends on all four sides of the sheet metal. The version without shears, equipped only with precise cutouts, allows for free corner formation and aesthetically pleasing closing of workpieces.

Cutouts for rough-cut workpieces

A key element of this version of the bending machine is the factory cutouts in the beams, which allow for closed workpieces without the need for additional cutting of the material. This allows for precise bending of sheet metal on all sides of the sheet, which is particularly important for:

parapet and cornice flashings,
sheet metal window sills,
chimney and wall flashings,
elements requiring aesthetically pleasing corner closures.

Operating parameters adapted to roofing work

The bending machine offers a working width of 2000 mm and the ability to bend sheet metal up to 0.7 mm thick (structural steel). The narrow bending beam allows for the production of complex profiles, and the maximum bending angle of up to 155° allows for precise closing of machining.
