SOREX Technic CW-50.200 Manual Sheet Metal Beading Machine

The SOREX Technic CW-50.200 Manual Sheet Metal Beading Machine is used for beading, flanging, crimping, and bending all types of sheet metal up to 1.25 mm thick. Beading is performed using a set of rollers mounted on shafts. Each set of rollers produces a different sheet metal profile (as many as 70 different roller sets are available). The rollers are mounted on two shafts. Adjusting the distance between the two rollers and the longitudinal movement of the upper roller relative to the lower shaft affects the shape of the grooved sheet metal profile.

Ideal for bending, crimping, or spinning sheet metal edges. Its wide operating range ensures applications in many industries, from From roofing to sheet metal processing during renovations, to finishing gutter system components, and finally to the production of all types of ventilation components.
