NGM-700/1.5 MECHANICAL GUILLOTINE SHEAR
NGM-700/1.5 mechanical guillotine shears are designed for cutting various materials, such as steel, aluminum, brass, and copper in sheet metal form. This machine is easy to use, and its design makes it not only functional but also reliable. The machine is made of high-quality materials that ensure long-term and safe operation.
The guillotine shears are equipped with rear cutting length limiters with a 500 mm reach and a scale.
A pressure beam protects the workspace at the front of the shears.
The equipment also includes a right-angle gauge and profiles at the front of the shears that support the sheet metal and extend the machine's work table.
Mechanical material pressure ensures cutting accuracy, and a safety guard at the front of the machine prevents contact with the knives during cutting.
The shears have a functional and reliable drive mechanism for the upper cutting beam and easy adjustment of the upper and lower knife segments relative to each other.
The shears' components are manufactured on precision CNC machines.
The machine is covered with is a double layer of high-quality paint - the painting process is performed in a professional, heated and ventilated paint shop.
