SOREX TECHNIC P-300 SHEET METAL ROOFING MACHINE

The P-300 sheet metal profiler is an innovative device for profiling and reinforcing flat sheet metal such as wall panels, decorative panels, facade profiles, facades, dormers, roadsides, gutter overpasses, and more, according to your imagination. The sheet metal profiler is a way to express your own style, individuality, and decoration by giving it an interesting shape in a quick and easy way.

The operating principle is very simple:

- Mount and adjust the appropriate profiling rollers (profiling rollers compatible with SOREX TECHNIC CW, CWM, and CWMK series grooving machines)

- Mount the profiling machine on the pressure beam guide on the SOREX ZRS BENDING MACHINE

- Run the profiling machine along the guide once or several times, depending on the profile depth, pressing the profiling head.

- Remove the P-300 attachment from the bending machine.

- DONE

After finishing work, we achieve interesting effects: bends, radii, and reinforcements.

The advantage of our beading machine on the bending machine is the ability to mount up to four 20 mm wide profiling stones or two 40 mm wide stones in a single pass. Independent pressure adjustment of the lower and upper rollers, as well as lateral adjustment of the lower and upper heads within the full working range of 300 mm via an adjustment screw, provides many sheet metal shaping options.

The profiler is designed for Z.R.S series bending machines - upon customer request, it can be modified to work with Z.R.S heavy or Z.R.S light bending machines.

- Mounting trolley for ZRS SOREX bending machine

- 24 mm open-end wrench (for loosening profiling rollers)

- 16 mm ratchet with socket (for loosening profiling rollers)
