ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

Our new, multi-purpose device is used for flashing chimneys with an inclination angle of 20° to 60°, as well as roof windows and dormers. Simple operation ensures trouble-free and fast work, and the machine can be operated by one person. The use of a template guarantees maximum quality in a short time.

The flashing process is performed in several stages:

- setting the chimney width (chimney measurements and setting the width in the template)

- tracing according to the template and cutting the sheet metal

- closing the sheet metal in the template and folding the edge

- preparing the rebate and forming the front and back of the chimney

- assembling the flashing in the template and closing the seam

After finishing the work, we have two halves: the front and back of the chimney. The final step is, of course, assembly on the chimney.

The advantage of our template is the complete replacement of the fixed angle templates and the forming tube with a tube of the required diameter. The thickness of the replaceable templates is 10 mm (ensuring better stiffness, edge flaring, and seam closing). The diameter of the forming tube for chimney templates is ø 100 mm and for window templates ø 80 mm.

The machine is manufactured in two working versions, from 100 to 1300 mm and from 100 to 2000 mm. The width is infinitely adjustable via toothed guides, ensuring repeatability and rigidity.

Standard equipment:

- two templates with a 10 mm thick board (roof angle from 30 to 40 degrees and from 40 to 50 degrees)

- 100 mm diameter forming tube

- bottom shelf for accessories and tools

- support shelves by the templates (for easier work)

- removable legs with wheels and two brakes

Additional accessories:

- templates with inclination angles from 20° to 30°, from 30° to 40°, from 40° to 50° and from 50° to 60°

- template for roof windows + forming tube with a radius of R40 mm

- special scriber 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm

- special hammer for crimping
