MAAD HST-1270mm/1.2 Segmental Sheet Metal Bending Machine
Segmental sheet metal bending machine with three divided beams, especially suitable for work such as chimney eaves, firewalls, and many others. Its functional design ensures high operating comfort and a wide range of practical applications.
The upper, lower, and bending beams are equipped with segmented knives with dimensions ranging from 25 to 270 mm. The knives are made of high-quality steel, ensuring long-term operation of the bending machine while maintaining appropriate bending parameters.The stable and robust construction (machine weight 350 kg) ensures trouble-free bending of steel sheets up to 1.2 mm thick.
The main working elements of the bending machine are three working beams: fixed, pressure, and bending.
The pressure beam is equipped with interchangeable segments allowing for very complex processing. It is raised and lowered using a lever. Two gas cylinders support the lifting of the pressure beam. The pressure beam is designed so that its upper section serves as a guide for the circular shears.
The fixed beam is also equipped with interchangeable segments, which significantly increases the machine's functionality.
The bending operation is performed by rotating the bending beam, which is also equipped with interchangeable segments, by a specified angular value using a handle. A protractor mounted on the left side of the bending machine, viewed from the front, indicates the current bend angle of the sheet metal. A gas cylinder assists in raising the bending beam.
The bending beam can be positioned in relation to the fixed beam. This parameter affects the bending radius of the sheet metal and its size also depends on the thickness of the bent sheet metal.
