WUKO Master 0420 Sheet metal profiling machine for producing single and double seam profiles. Model 0420 and 0420 S:
• The frame is made of lightweight aluminum profiles.
• A convenient cover made of transparent, durable polycarbonate is mounted on the top of the machine, ensuring good visibility during the profiling process and easy access to the device for adjustment or servicing. The doors are equipped with limit switches.
• The machine base is mounted on two rolling and two swivel transport wheels with brakes.
• The drive is a 230V or 115V single-phase motor with stepless speed regulation.
• It is possible to reverse the working direction thanks to forward and reverse gears.
Profiling:
• For the production of single or double seam profiles with a maximum seam height of up to 25mm.
• The working width is continuously adjustable from 290 to 810mm using manual adjustment.
• The panel width is between 210 - 730mm.
• It is possible to precisely adjust the entry guides to correct the profile dimensions.
• Obtaining a clean profile with minimal stress is achieved thanks to eight large, hardened profiling stations.
• For straight and curved panels - concave and convex - with a minimum radius of 6m.
• The drive rollers, additionally coated with polyurethane, are extremely resistant to damage.
• The material length is measured using an electromechanical device placed inside the machine, which provides additional protection against damage.
• Also recommended for the production of short, minimum 50cm panels and conical panels (in two passes).
Cutting:
• To make the work easier and faster, the device The measuring system is restarted automatically when the cross-cutter is used. The material is cut manually before profiling using the built-in cross-cutter with a foldable lever for transport.
• Produces clean, burr-free edges.
• The unique handwheel allows for precise sheet metal positioning and cutting according to specific guidelines.
Model 0420 S:
Additionally equipped with a longitudinal cutter with a scale. However, the cutter cannot be used to cut sheet metal on an industrial scale. Technical data:
