CRM-50.520 Beading Machine for Pipe Cutting (Electric) - 1.5kW Sorex Technic Motor

The specially modified CRM-50.520 beading machine for pipe cutting allows for cutting welded pipes with a minimum diameter of ø=60 and a depth of 530 mm.

The drive is transferred from the electric motor via a worm gear to the grooving machine. The motor is controlled by an inverter (220V) with infinitely variable speed control from 2 to 14 m/min. Control is provided by a two-stage foot switch (pedal) (left/right).

The height and gap of the cutting rollers are adjusted using the upper shaft, and the large base allows for work without additional clamping. The machine uses modern bronze sliding bushings and lubrication points for regular maintenance.

The wide operating range ensures use in many industries, from From roofing to sheet metal processing during renovations, to finishing gutter system components, and finally to the production of all types of ventilation components.
