CWM-50.250 Electric Sheet Metal Beading Machine - 0.74 kW SOREX Technic Motor

The SOREX Technic CWM-50.250 Electric Sheet Metal Beading Machine is used for beading, flanging, crimping, and bending all types of sheet metal up to 0.8 mm thick. Beading is performed using a set of rollers mounted on shafts. Each set of rollers produces a different sheet metal profile (as many as 70 different roller sets are available). The rollers are mounted on two shafts. Adjusting the distance between the two shafts and the longitudinal movement of the upper shaft relative to the lower shaft affects the shape of the grooved sheet metal profile.

Ideal for bending, crimping, or spinning sheet metal edges. Its wide operating range ensures applications in many industries, from From roofing to sheet metal processing during renovations, to finishing gutter system components, and finally, the production of all types of ventilation components.
