DRACO Bender BKK 50 S2 for flanges and bends

Bending from 0°-90°, bending height 5-50 mm

When standard bending machines give up, the handy little BKK 50 flange and arc bender from DRØCO. Bending from 0º to 90º, straight, concave and convex. Even profiles with standing seams are possible. Light and handy. Especially for producing tight radii (inner and outer radii!) The bending height is continuously adjustable (scale in mm and inches). Smallest inner radius at min. The bending height is 40 mm (1.57"). The BKK is the perfect complement to the Dräco Eco-Bender 3.

How does it work?
Very easy. Simply adjust to the desired height using the integrated measuring device and lock it with the setscrew. Now place the sheet between the bending rollers with a single bearing at the top. Move the BKK back and forth, moving slightly upwards, until the desired angle is reached.
Dräco tip: When passing through the sheet, go all the way down (to the end) and also back (to the beginning) for the best result.
