Portable, high-performance segmented bending machine for roofing and sheet-metal professionals

The Biro Profil BPSE-100S is a fully segmented bending machine designed for demanding applications on site and in the workshop. With a generous 1000 mm working length and a highly mobile construction (≈ 90% of components built from hard alloy aluminium), this unit offers both high productivity and ease of transport.

Key Advantages

Excellent mobility: thanks to its lightweight (approx. 44 kg without segments) and compact footprint (1165 × 500 × 685 mm) it is easy to relocate and set up.
Large working length of 1000 mm: ideal for longer sheet metal segments, fascia, drip edges and other larger components.
Fast-mount segment system: Segments (bottom and top) are anodised and stored in a protective box, enabling quick change-over and improved workflow on the jobsite.
Versatile material capability: Can bend steel up to 0.6 mm, aluminium/zinc/copper up to 0.8 mm, and stainless steel 0.5 mm – allowing broad range of sheet-metal types.
High bending performance: Upper bead angle of 150°, upper segment height of 73 mm – suitable for demanding folding and profiling tasks.
