Everyone knows this. You want to place a slightly thicker material, but it's not possible because the material won't fit between the rollers. You and the bender are strong enough, but the material simply won't fit. That's a thing of the past. Now there's the new VARIO VB200 bender. Thanks to the infinitely variable adjustment of the upper roller, you can bend thicker sheets up to 2.0 mm in light metal or even up to 5 mm in lead.

Dräco Duo benders are unique because of their adapter system. Two tools can be connected using an adapter. The Duo slides easily over long sheets, but if you need to work on shorter sheets and need to work with more detail, it's better to unscrew the adapter and work with a single tool. Because you get two individual tools, two colleagues can continue working with the benders.

How does it work?

Very simple. The following principle applies to all benders: Set the desired height using the scale and secure with the adjustment screw. Insert the material between the bending bearings, with the single ball bearing pointing in the direction you want to adjust. Now move the bender, applying gentle upward pressure, front and back across the material, until the desired angle is achieved. The result is precise and the material is not damaged.
