With the DSS 300 cc, MAFELL offers a unique system for processing both resilient and flexible wood fiber insulation boards. Cutting precision and precise fit result in improved insulation, reduced thermal bridges, and prevented structural damage to the insulating material. As a result, the DSS 300 cc significantly reduces costs and makes insulation work highly efficient.
Thanks to the perfect interplay of all system components and innovative details such as the cutting wire, carbon guide wedge, and chip ejector, high-precision cutting quality is achieved. In combination with the S 200 large-capacity dust extractor and the ST 1700 Vario cutting table, they form an unbeatable team.
With the right accessories, the possibilities for precise processing of insulation boards are virtually limitless. The compact, yet highly flexible cutting table allows for the highest precision, even when making very long cuts. The powerful, large-capacity dust extractor makes work easier and the work environment more comfortable.
BENEFITS:
- Two-dimensional tilt - The DSS 300 cc circular saw allows for angled cuts of up to 60°. Additionally, the cutting wire and carbon fiber guide wedge can be tilted back to a 45° angle.
- The carbon fiber guide wedge achieves extreme stiffness, preventing bending and, while reducing weight, ensuring the required precision.
- Automatic cutting wire tensioning ensures constant tension and excellent cut quality.
- The high-performance CUprex motor delivers concentrated power and high torque.
